Tai Chi & Qigong Adelaide Academy - provides a recreational fitness system of gentle relaxing exercises and flowing movements practiced in China for centuries. It is sometimes called a moving meditation. Qigong has its roots in traditional Chinese health concepts of energy meridians and combines breathing, posture, gentle movement and meditation to generate and promote a sense of well-being. Qigong is a good foundation for Tai Chi training.
