Welcome to Four Seasons Tai Chi.

This beginner program has been compiled by Instructor Gary Smith as a collection of simplified short sets of Tai Chi.

The four Tai Chi 8 Form sets contain the characteristics and postures from traditional Yang style routines. It's an ideal way to start learning the art of Tai Chi or to progress to longer forms.

Gary introduces you to the basic principles and guide you step by step through each movement.
